Mr. Ruby practices with the Atlanta immigration law group of Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, PLC, a national labor and employment law firm with offices in Atlanta, Birmingham, Charleston (SC), Chicago, Columbia (SC), Dallas, Greenville (SC), Houston, Indianapolis, Nashville, Raleigh, St. Thomas (US Virgin Islands) and Washington DC.

Prior to joining Ogletree, Mr. Ruby practiced in New Orleans, Louisiana and still represents business and individuals on the Gulf Coast. He provides strategic immigration counseling services to corporate employers, private individuals, private and public institutions and other lawyers.
