1. Flat Fee Billing
   
   Our firm offers flat fee billing for virtually types of temporary and permanent visa cases.  For clients with certain levels of case volume, our firm offers lower flat fees per case.
   
   

2. Hourly Billing
   
   Some clients prefer hourly billing.  In some select cases (e.g. appeals and certain waivers), we may negotiate an hourly rate (blended or otherwise).  While our rates are what one would expect from a high-end labor and employment firm in the South or Midwest, our fees are significantly lower than those of comparable firms in San Francisco and New York.   Since business immigration law is a federal practice area (uniform throughout U.S.), the location of the immigration firm's office is usually irrelevant.
   
   

3. Monthly Statements and Credit Card Options
   
   We always provide the client a full accounting of services rendered and fees incurred. Clients can choose from a variety of billing options including monthly billing, fixed schedules and credit card payments (Visa and MasterCard).
